Description
To reduce required on-site parking from 8 spaces to 7; to allow 0 m setback from the lot line for all spaces rather than 3 m (9.84 ft.); to allow 3 spaces adjacent to Duke Street West to be a minimum of 5.02 m (16.5 ft.) in length rather than 5.48 m (18 ft.); and to allow egress in a rearward motion; also subject to an encroachment agreement respecting use of the College Street road allowance for parking.
