Description
Proposed 50 Unit Townhouse Development. They have been working with Regional staff to obtain Section 59 Notice and this will be provided under a separate cover shortly. The sanitary sewer capacity assessment was not provided given the extensive analysis and City staff review associated with the zone change application. We have not proposed a specific design for the River Road right-of-way and related pedestrian connection. A separate discussion on the design approach is key as it relates to these lands and the future connection along River Road. R10/18. This Folder was Cancelled during the Automatic Add phase. I had to in order to go back to the people.
What this kind of application is
Site plan review is a technical review by city staff of how a building sits on its lot: layout, parking, driveways, landscaping, grading and servicing. There is usually no public meeting.
