Description
The applicant is requesting the following minor variances from Zoning By-law 150-85 to permit: 1. A secondary dwelling that is 50% of the total floor area whereas the by-law only permits the secondary unit to be a maximum floor area of 40% of the principal dwelling, 2. The required parking space for the principal dwelling to be located in front of the regulatory building line whereas the zoning by-law requires the required space to be behind the regulatory building line, and 3. One parking space for the secondary dwelling unit whereas the zoning by-law requires two parking spaces for a two bedroom secondary dwelling unit.
