Description
To create 2 new lots for residential use and retain one lot containing the existing single family dwelling. The two new lots will have frontages of 29 m (95.14 ft.) on Hidden Valley Road, rather than the required 30.14 m (98.88 ft.). One of the new lots will have an area of 3,359 m2 (0.83 acres), the other an area of 3,374.6 m2 (0.834 acres). The retained lands will have an area of 7,456.35 m2 (1.84 acres) and extend from Hidden Valley Road to the Grand River.
