Description
ORIGINAL variance request: To provide 30 off-street parking spaces for an indoor paintball business rather than the required 170 spaces. FINAL decision: Legalization of existing addition having a setback of 0.6 m rather than required 1.2 m, subject to: 1) variance applicable only as property used for commercial recreation, and 2) an off-street parking agreement to be entered into with the City (for 2 spaces) in triangular-shaped land at southeast corner of Dominion and Park Sts.
