Description
To convert a single family dwelling to a triplex on a lot having a width of 12.19 m (40 ft.) rather than the required 15 m (49.2 ft.), an area of 297.19 m2 (3,199 sq. ft.) rather than the required 495 m2 (5,328.3 sq. ft.), and to permit a building height of 11.4 m (37.4 ft.) rather than the permitted 10.5m (34.44 ft.).
