Description
Cross-reference ZBA25/002/V/AP. UPDATED: The City of Kitchener has received applications to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to facilitate the final phase of the ‘Victoria Common’ development, consisting of 3 towers, with building heights of 19, 25, and 27 storeys. The proposal would add approximately 855 dwelling units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units. A total of 351 m2 (3,777 ft2) of commercial floor area is also proposed within the bases of the towers. An outdoor, linear amenity space of approximately 1,382m2 is proposed, along with 1,405m2 of indoor amenity space across the subject lands. Predominantly underground parking is proposed.
