Description
B 2012-029 and A 2012-065 - 97 & 101 Park Street Permission to sever a parcel of land so each part may be dealt with separately. The severed lands will have frontage on Park Street of 12.429m (40.78'), by a depth of 30.681m (100.66') and an area of 381.3m2 (4,104.42 sq.ft.) which will continue to be used as a duplex residential dwelling.
