B 2021-024 & A 2021-034 - 59 Carisbrook Drive Permission to sever a parcel of land being irregular in shape at the rear of the property having a width of 38.71m, a westerly depth of 33.22m and an area of 503 sq.m. to be conveyed as a lot addition to the property municipally addressed as 34 Hillcrest Lane. Permission is also being requested for a minor variance to legalize the subject property for have frontage on a private lane whereas the By-law requires all properties to have frontage on a public street.
