Description
The property owner of 1668 King Street East is proposing an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to allow a mixed use development for two , 23 storey buildings , consisting of 616 residential units, 204 square metres of commercial space with an increased Floor Space Ratio of 7.2 rather than 4.0, reduced rear yard setback of 12.0 metres rather than 14.0 metres, and reduced on-site parking to permit parking at a rate of 0.7 spaces per unit for Multiple Dwelling Units greater than 51.0 sqare metres in size, rather than 1.0 spaces per unit.
