Description
The subject property is currently zoned Neighbourhood Shopping Centre (C-2) with special use provision 2U in Zoning By-law 85-1. The proposed amendment is to change the current C-2 zone to the Commercial Residential Four Zone (CR-4) to permit dwelling units as well as a variety of commercial uses. The proposed development includes demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the subject property with a mixed-use residential and commercial development. The proposal includes three buildings - two buildings identified are proposed to be six storeys in height with 68 dwelling units each. A third mixed-use 26 storey building is proposed to have a total of 328 units.
