Description
A 2021-141 - 120 Benton Street Permission to grant easements in favour of 112 Benton Street the first easement proposed over Part 1 on the Reference Plan provided with the application for the purposed of a loading/unloading bay; and, the second an easement over Parts 2 and 3 intended for pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress and access to the loading/unloading bay.
