Description
B 2018-026 and B 2018-027 - 114-120 Victoria Street South Permission to sever a parcel of land having a width of 40.8m, a depth of 65.6m and an area of 2,673.6 sq.m. The retained land will have a width of 64.9m, a depth of 65.6m and an area of 3,878 sq.m. Permission is also being requested to grant a blanket easement over the retained lands in favour of the severed lands for the purpose of stormwater management and rights of access, as well as a blanket easement over the severed lands in favour of the retained lands for rights of access.
