Description
To create 2 new lots. One lot would have a lot width of 235 metres and an area of approximately 2.14 hectares and would contain the twin pad arena currently under construction. The second new lot would have a lot width of 66 metres and an area of approximately 0.73 and is intended for a future commercial use. The retained lands would have a lot width of approximately 343 metres and an area of approximately 9.2 hectares and contain the Sportsworld facility and additional commercial uses. The application includes a request for a right-of-way for access in favour of both of the severed lots over the retained lots for access to Sportsworld Drive. An easement for servicing for both of the severed lots over the retained lot is also requested.
