Description
B 2007-035 & A 2007-086 - 100 Sportsworld Drive Through Submission No. B 2007-035, the applicant requests permission to sever a parcel of land having a width on Sportsworld Drive of 55.38m (181.69'), having an irregular shape and having an area of 0.375 ha. (0.92 ac.), together with a right-of-way over the retained land for access. The proposed use of the property is a McDonald's Restaurant. The land to be retained will have an area of 7.175 ha. (17.72 ac.), and will be developed as a planned commercial campus. In Submission No. A 2007-086, the applicant requests permission to provide 43 off-street parking spaces for a restaurant (McDonald's) rather than the required 64 off-street parking spaces.
