ORIGINAL NOTICE: A 2015-031 - 100 Ahrens Street West Permission for the existing commercial building to have 10 off-street parking spaces rather than the required 14; to locate the required off-street parking 2.867m (9.406') from the front lot line rather than the required 4.5m (14.763'); to have an obstruction within the Driveway Visibility Triangle (DVT) whereas the By-law does not permit obstructions within the DVT; and, to provide a landscaped area of 0% rather than the required 10%. AMENDED NOTICE: A 2015-031 (Amended) - 100 Ahrens Street West Permission for the existing commercial building to have 10 off-street parking spaces rather than the required 25; to locate the required off-street parking 2.867m (9.406') from the front lot line rather than the required 4.5m (14.763') in a mixed-use commercial zone; to permit a parking space within the Driveway Visibility Triangle (DVT) whereas the By-law does not permit obstructions within the DVT; and, to provide a landscaped area of 4% rather than the required 10%.
