Description
The applicant is requesting the following minor variances from Zoning By-law 150-85 to: 1. Permit an accessory structure with a maximum height of 7.55 m (24.77 ft.) whereas the by-law permits a maximum height of 4.5 m (14.76 ft.); 2. Permit an accessory structure with a maximum lot coverage of 11.02 % whereas the by-law permits a maximum of 10%. The variance will facilitate the construction of a 104.36 m² (1,123.32 ft²) garage to store a motorhome in the rear yard. The loft is intended to be used for additional storage space. The existing attached garage is proposed to be demolished to provide access to the rear yard.
