Description
The applicant is requesting a minor variance from Zoning By-law 150-85 to permit the location of the required parking space 7.62 m (25 ft.) in front of the regulatory/established building line whereas the by-law does not permit the required parking space to be located past the property line. The subject property is located in the Source Water Protection Area. The applicant is requesting the minor variance as they converted the garage into living space which resulted in the loss of the permitted parking space behind the established building line.
