Description
Change in conditions re demolition of garage updated lapsing date to May 18, 2024 The applicant is proposing to sever a rural residential property to create a new lot with an approximate area of 3,125 m² ( ft²) and 22.59 m ( ft.) frontage along Allendale Road. The retained parcel contains an existing dwelling that is to remain and is proposed to have an approximate area of 3,123 m² ( ft²) and 22.59 m (ft.) of frontage along Allendale Road. The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing detached garage in order to accommodate the severance to construct a single detached dwelling on the severed parcel. As a result of the proposed severance, the applicant will require minor variances on both lots. These applications were originally submitted in 2009 and were deferred SINE DIE as the Region of Waterloo required an evaluation of the feasibility for municipal servicing. Municipal services are planned to be installed along Allendale Road later this year.
