Description
To erect 5 pylon signs with a height of 9.1 m (29.85 sq. ft.) rather than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.), an area of approximately 30 m2 (322.925 sq. ft.) rather than 20 m2 (215.28 sq. ft.), a clearance between the bottom of the sign and grade of 1.9 m (6.25 ft.) rather than 2.44 m (8 ft.), and permission for a portion of each sign to contain 3rd party advertising.
