Description
To erect a pylon sign to have an obstructed clearance of 0.91 m (3 ft.) between the message portion of the sign and grade rather than an unobstructed clearance of 2.44 m (8 ft.); to be located up to the property line at the corner of Highland Road and Westmount Road rather than having a setback of 0.4 m (1.31 ft.) from each street.
