Through A 2006-091 to A 2006-093, the applicant is requesting permission for each newly created lot to have a reduced lot area. The lot area requirement is 0.4 ha. (0.998 ac.); whereas these new lots would have areas of 0.242 ha. (0.597 ac.) and 0.202 ha. (0.498 ac.)
