B 2006-013, B 2006-014, B 2006-015 & B 2006-016 -Morrison Road at Fairway Road North The land to be severed in these applications is a narrow piece of land between 2 Draft Approved Plans of Subdivision (30T-0321 and 30T-00204). More information on these plans of subdivision can be obtained by calling City Hall at 741-2843. The land is being divided into 4 pieces, and each piece will be added to a block of land in the abutting plan of subdivision to create lots large enough for residential development.
