Description
To erect a 1.82 m (6 ft.) high chain link fence on the lot line along Kingsway Drive, and a 1.82 m (6 ft.) high chain link fence on the lot line along Greenfield Avenue, for a distance of 38.1 m (125 ft.) from the intersection, rather than the permitted 0.91 m (3 ft.) high fence.
