Description
B 2009-005 & A 2009-011 - 200 David Bergey Drive Permission to sever a parcel of land having a width on David Bergey Drive of 44.97m (147.36'), by a depth of 116m (380.57') and an area of 6,259.45 sq. m. (67,378.36 sq. ft.). The property will be developed with a residential care facility. The retained land will have a width on David Bergey Drive of 81.5m (267.38'), by a depth of 116m (380.57') and an area of 9,454.8 sq. m. (101,773.95 sq. ft.),and will contain the existing residential care facility. The retain and severed lands will benefit from easements over each other land for: a pedestrian underground walkway, vehicular access and municipal services. Through Submission No. A 2009-011, the applicant is requesting permission for a floor space ration of 1.46 for the proposed residential care facility to be constructed on the severed land, rather than the permitted floor space ration of 1.0; permission to provide a northerly side yard of 5.487m (18') rather than the required 7.25m (23.78'); and permission to provide 56 off-street parking spaces rather than the required 58.
