Description
To permit construction of a proposed 3 storey apartment building having a 2 m (6.56 ft.) frontyard rather than 3 m (9.84 ft.), a 1.2 m (3.94 ft.) easterly sideyard rather than 3 m (9.84 ft.) and a reduction in required on-site parking spaces from 9 spaces to 7.
