Description
A 2016-131 - 94 Chapel Street Permission to construct a dormer addition on an existing single detached dwelling having a westerly side yard setback of 0.6m rather than the required 1.2m; an easterly side yard setback of 2.56m rather than the required 13m; a front yard setback of 1.92m rather than the required 4.5m; a driveway width of 2.56m rather than the required 2.6m; and, a 2.59m encroachment into the Driveway Visibility Triangle (DVT) whereas the By-law does not permit encroachments into the DVT.
