B 2007-007 & A 2007-005 - 9 Maywood Road Permission to sever a parcel of land to have a width on Byron Road of 13.868 m (45.49') by a depth of 29.718 m (97.5') and an area of 413.033 sq. m. (4,445.99 sq. ft.). The proposed use of the property is a single family dwelling. The retained land will contain the existing single family dwelling and will have a width on Maywood Road of 28.194m (92.5') a depth of 22.7008m (74.5') and an area of 640.229 sq. m. (6,891.59 sq. ft.). The applicant is also requesting a minor variance for the rear yard for the existing house which, at the shortest point, will be 4.724m (15.49') (if the severance is granted), rather than the required 7.5m (24.6').
