Description
A 2013-057 - 581 Strasburg Road Permission to construct a two-storey addition on an existing two-storey apartment building increasing the number of dwelling units from 21 to 43, having the required off-street parking to be located between the façade and the front lot line whereas the By-law does not permit parking between the façade and the front lot line; and, the required off-street parking and required visitor parking to be located within the minimum front yard setback of 7.5m (24.606'), whereas the By-law does not permit any parking within the minimum front yard setback.
