Description
A 2022-103 - 438 Highland Road East Requesting a minor variance to the Zoning By-law to construct an additional dwelling unit (ADU) on a lot having a width of 12.19m rather than the required 13.1m; and, for the proposed ADU building floor area to be 63% of the total building floor area of the existing single detached dwelling, whereas the By-law does not permit ADU’s to exceed 50% of the total building floor area of the principal dwelling.
