B 2017-009 & A 2017-046 - 43 Barclay Avenue Permission to sever a parcel of land having a width on South Drive of 12.51m, a northerly depth of 21.726m and an area of 244.8 sq.m. The retained land will have a width on Barclay Avenue of 12.978m, a depth of 22.186m and an area of 282.8 sq.m. Permission is also being requested to legalize a northerly side yard for the existing dwelling on the retained land of 0.76m rather than the required 1.2m.
