Description
A 2018-108 - 400 Bingemans Centre Drive Permission to construct an addition onto the rear of an existing industrial building having a rear yard setback of 1.5m rather than the required 15m; and, to remove the requirement for a 2m high berm at the rear of the property abutting railway bed, whereas the By-law requires a 2m high berm where the property abuts a railway line.
