Description
A 2008-012 - 3751 King Street East The applicant intends to construct a second storey addition on a house, part of which is zoned Existing Use One Zone (E-1) and the other part of which is zoned Service Commercial Zone (C-6). Permission is being requested to expand the legal non-conforming use of the portion of the single dwelling located in the C-6 zone, which will be approximately 17.7 sq. m. (190 sq. ft.) of the second storey addition. The other variance being requested is for the portion of the second storey addition, to be located in the E-1 zone, which will have an area equal to 50% of the ground floor area rather than the permitted 25%.
