Description
B 2007-002 - 348 & 352 Weber Street West and B 2007-003 - 358 Weber Street West Through Submission No. B 2007-002, the applicant requests permission to sever a parcel of land to have a width of 15.801m (51.84') by a depth of 64.44m (211.41') and an area of 981.3 sq. m. (10,562.97 sq, ft,), also to create a right-of-way over the northerly 3.1m (9.84') of the severed land to the benefit of the abutting property municipally addressed as 358 Weber Street West. The severed land is proposed to be developed with a 6 unit multiple dwelling. The retained land will have a width of 19.202m (62.99'), a depth of 63.95m (209.8'), and an area of 1194.1 sq. m. (12.853.6 sq. ft.), which will also be developed with a 6 unit multiple dwelling in addition to the existing 5 unit multiple dwelling. In Submission No. B 2007-003, the applicant requests permission to create a right-of-way over the southerly 3.1m (9.84') of this property to the benefit of the land to be severed in Submission No. B 2007-002.
