Description
NOTE: this application was originally scheduled for March 17, 2020; however, due to the Covid-19 pandemic it was re-scheduled to July 21, 2020: A 2020-019 - 33 Lancaster Street East Permission to convert an existing duplex to a triplex having a northerly side yard setback of 1.2m and a southerly side yard setback of 1.42m rather than the required 1.5m; having 2 of the required off-street parking spaces to be in tandem whereas the By-law does not permit the required off-street parking spaces to be in tandem; and, to allow 2 off-street parking spaces to be located between the front façade and the lot line whereas the By-law does not permit parking between the front façade and the lot line.
