Description
CC 2020-002 & CC 2020-003 - 32 Forwell Road Permission is being requested to modify Conditions 3 and 8 of Provisional Consent decisions B 2019-074 and B 2019-075 granted by the Committee of Adjustment on January 21, 2020, related to the requirements for obtaining a Record of Site Condition and Parkland Dedication, stating financial and deadline concerns to achieving clearance of these conditions.
