Description
Cross-reference OPA26/001/S/EW. Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application have been received to facilitate the redevelopment of the subject lands with a medium a density residential development comprised of a six-storey apartment building with 82 units and a two-storey townhouse block with 6 units. The OPA requests to change the land use designation to ‘Medium Density Residential’ with a site-specific policy to permit the proposed street-facing townhouse development.
