Description

B 2016-006 & B 2016-007 - 25, 50 & 70 Sportsworld Crossing Road, 20 Heldman Road, 4278, 4300, 4318-4326, 4336 & 4370 King Street East Permission to sever a parcel of land municipally addressed as 25 Sportsworld Crossing Road having a width on King Street East of 109.4m (358.92'), a northerly depth of approximately 155m (508.53'), and an area of 1.99 hectares. The retained land is irregular in shape having frontage on King Street East and Sportsworld Drive with an approximate area of 11.3 hectares. Permission is also being requested to grant an easement on the retained lands having a width on King Street East of 49.2m (161.41') and a southerly depth of 117.9m (368.81') in favour of the severed lands for access and services; and, an irregularly-shaped easement on the severed lands having an approximate length of 133.3m (437.335') in favour of the retained lands for access and services.
