Description
70H is a Holding Provision applied to the property which required the following: A detailed Noise Study to address road traffic and stationary noise sources shall be submitted and approved by both the Region of Waterloo and The City of Kitchener, and further, prior to final Site Plan approval, an agreement has been entered into with the City and/or Region, as necessary, providing for the implementation of any recommended noise mitigation measures. The applicant has received clearance for the requirement of the Holding Provision 70H and is requesting the removal.
