Description
Cross-reference 30T-22201. The City of Kitchener has received an application to modify the subject draft approved plan of subdivision, to facilitate low rise residential development, including the removal of road widening lands, minor block line adjustments, removal of a servicing block, and redistribution of unit ranges among select residential blocks. An associated minor Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA) is also requested, to facilitate the inclusion of attached Additional Dwelling Units within certain street-fronting townhouses, respond to complex topography, and ensure the intended plan build-out.
