B 2011-054, A 2011-064 & A 2011-065 - 204 Stonybrook Drive Permission to sever a parcel of land having a width on Sweetbriar Drive of 18.17m (59.61'), a depth of 24.38m (79.98') and an area of 400.13 sq.m. (4306.96 sq.ft). The retained land will have a width on Stonybrook Drive of 20.73m, a depth of 20.66m (67.78') and an area of 448.84 sq.m. (4831.27 sq.ft.). The proposed use for each property is residential. The severed land will require a variance to permit a lot having an area of 400.13 sq.m. (4306.96 sq.ft') rather than the required 411 sq.m.
