Description
A 2017-057 - 164 Heiman Street Permission to construct a multi-residential development having 27 units with a Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 0.62 rather than the permitted maximum FSR of 0.6; having a rear yard setback of 4.5m rather than the required 7.5m; having the required resident and visitor off-street parking located in the front yard whereas the By-law only permits visitor parking to be located in the front yard; and, to permit 79.3% of the front yard to be used for visitor parking and access to parking whereas the By-law permits a maximum of 50% of the front yard to be used for visitor parking and access to parking.
