Description

The purpose of the proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment is to rezone the Site to the RES-6 Zone with a Site-Specific regulations to permit a maximum FSR of 2.3, reduced side yard and rear yard setbacks, and a reduced vehicular parking rate.
