Description
5H is a Holding Provision applied to the property which required the following: Within the lands zoned RES-7 and shown as affected by this provision on Zoning Grid Schedules 11 and 36 of Appendix A, no development on the lands shall occur until such time as an Urban Design Brief is approved by the City’s Director of Planning demonstrating an appropriate transition in built-form can be provided to adjacent low-rise residential zones. The applicant has received clearance for the requirement of the Holding Provision 35H and is requesting the removal.
