Description
To sever a lot to contain a new single family dwelling and garage, having a width of 15.7 m (51.43 ft.) on South Drive, a depth of 19.8 m (64.96 ft.), and an area of 286.6 m2 (3,085.03 sq. ft.); to allow the garage on the new lot to have a setback of 4.5 m (14.7 ft.) from South Drive, rather than the required 6 m (19.68 ft.), and to allow the legal non-confirming 4 unit multiple dwelling on the retained lands to continue on a smaller lot.
