Description
Requesting a minor variance to permit an accessory structure to have a building height of 6.73m rather than the permitted 5.5m to facilitate the construction of a pool house in the rear yard of an existing single detached dwelling. DEC 2, 2024 - Dec 2 - as discussed w Tina M-W, final COA decision is not clear as it notes max height 6.8 m (whereas 5.5 m is max, not 3 m). Three metres is max to fascia height. However, for the building permit, as the drawings fare same as drawings as submitted for COA, it is deemed to comply because in the decision is does note 'in accordance with the drawings prepared by M. Tomlinson Residential Drafting'.
