B 2018-053, A 2018-067 and A 2018-068 - 105 Mt. Hope Street Permission to sever a parcel of land so each half of a semi-detached residential development can be dealt with separately. The severed land will have a width of 7.6m, a depth of 27.432m and an area of 209.1 sq.m. The retained land will have a width of 7.6m, a depth of 27.432m and an area of 208.7 sq.m. Permission is also being requested for minor variances for the severed and retained lands to permit a lot area of 209.1 sq.m. for the severed land and 208.7 sq.m. for the retained land rather than the required 235 sq.m.; and, to permit a building height of 10.6m rather than the maximum building height of 10.5m.
