Description
The applicant is requesting an easement through the lands in favour of the adjacent apartment building (known as Waterloo Condominium No. 259) and Block 131, Plan 1425. The proposed easement is 7 m (22.97 ft.) wide and has an approximate area of 0.17 hectares (0.42 acres). The proposed easement is requested in order to provide future potential sanitary sewer connections for those properties through Block 82 to the pumping station on Linden Road. This easement is required as a condition of the draft subdivision approval. The subject property is currently undergoing site plan review (file SP23/17) and has been subject to previous minor variances file A19/17 and A05/19 to permit a reduction from the required side yards and amenity area for the townhouse development.
