Description
The proposal is a minor amendment to previously approved Site Plan application (SP44/17). During construction the building foundations for two proposed commercial buildings were built in the wrong location (Building 1 and 2). The new building locations are approximately 2.7m north from the SPA approved location (further away from Main Street). We are not proposing any changes to the parking, drive aisles, loading, garbage, etc. The only change aside from the location of the building is a minor reduction in the width of the six landscape islands in the parking lot. All landscaping lost in the parking lot will be planted elsewhere on site.
