Description
The applicant is requesting the following minor variance from Zoning By-law 150-85 to: 1. Permit a lot area of approximately 387.99 m2 whereas 450 m2 is require to permit a secondary dwelling unit; and 2. Permit a reduction of the interior side yard to 0.99 m whereas 1.2m is the minimum distance required, in order to accommodate the new stairs to the entrance of the secondary dwelling unit
